Speaker Information: Elisha Lawrence, Career Advisor at Middle Tennessee State University
Elisha is a Higher Ed professional and Career Advisor with sixteen years of experience supporting undergraduate students and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Educational Psychology, where his research examines how purpose functions as a protective psychosocial resource that promotes resilience and well-being during emerging adulthood. 

Session Title/Topic: Helping Students Flourish: The Power of Purpose in Higher Education 
By helping students discover and cultivate a purpose, higher-ed professionals provide students with an essential resource for tackling complex challenges and experiencing a life of long-term flourishing. 

Session Length: One Hour
